Roles & Responsibilities Patient Education - Educate patients effectively and promote dental services by building rapport and answering their questions. Dental Assisting - Perform daily dental assisting activities including preparing operatories, taking digital dental X-rays, intraoral images, impressions, bite registrations, etc. Charting - Assist dentists in charting and comprehensive treatment planning. Schedule - Make at least 20 daily outbound calls to patients to build a healthy patient schedule. Dental Supplies - Order and maintain inventory of dental supplies and instruments. Lab Cases - Send, receive and track lab cases. Team - Work closely with Front Office and other dental assistants to support smooth operations of the dental office.
