We are looking for a dedicated and professional RDA to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world-class specialty experience. Responsibilities Greeting and preparing patients for treatment Assisting the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized operatory Taking and developing dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations Providing post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene education Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits Managing patient records accurately and securely Assisting with insurance and payment processing Supporting front desk and administrative functions as needed Background You’re a licensed RDA with a passion for patient care and a strong understanding of both the clinical and interpersonal aspects of dental assisting. You are calm under pressure, organized, and always eager to help both patients and your team.
