Dental Treatment Coordinator / Experienced Dental Assistant We are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator who is also an RDA to join our team at Naba Dental in the Memorial area of Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients understand their treatment options, feel supported in their decisions, and are guided seamlessly through the financial and scheduling aspects of their care. Position Summary Dental Treatment Coordinator with experience in Dental Assisting. Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans and financing options to patients. Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care. Ensure patients fully understand proposed treatment, benefits, and risks. Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to optimize patient experience. Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements. Follow up on pending treatments and reactivation of inactive patients. Maintain accurate records and documentation in Dentrix Ascend. Assist in dental procedures when the office is busy or when required. Take x-rays and help with sterilization and preparing the operatories when needed. Qualifications 5+ years of dental office experience required. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance. Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
