Position Phlebotomist (Job Code: CVDJP00033571) – Contract, 3 months. Location & Schedule Float Oak Creek, WI and area. Float through SE WI. Available to work 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience. High School Diploma or GED. Experience with specimen processing and handling (centrifuging, shipping samples). Must be able to travel to various locations and flexible with schedule changes. Responsibilities Perform blood draws and other specimen collection (e.g., urine, fecal). Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens per test orders. Update patient information and record maintenance data. Decontaminate and maintain a clean work environment. Explain venipuncture and specimen collection procedures to patients in a courteous manner. Use straight or butterfly needles as required. Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes and verify accuracy 100%.
