Overview Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Bilingual Phlebotomist . You will work under the Plasma Center Manager, conducting donor screening and phlebotomy to support plasma center operations. Responsibilities Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety. Screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs and finger‑stick results. Use the Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes using approved procedures. Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year customer‑ or patient‑facing experience (helpful). Physical ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 32 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs). Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance. Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods (due to bloodborne pathogen exposure). Location USA – Tennessee – Mount Juliet Compensation U.S. starting hourly wage: $17.00. Compensation may be adjusted to meet state or local minimum wage requirements and may include short‑term incentives.
