Job Summary The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processing of tickets, invoices, and employee timesheets to ensure they are completed in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner. The position requires strong leadership skills as well as attention to detail and a high degree of prioritizing efficiency.
Responsibilities Answer phones and greet customers
Complete A/R and A/P functions
Organize files
Create correspondence
Prepare reports
Sort mail and prepare invoices
Process new hires by working with the Human Resources department
Assist with project management: reviewing timesheets, invoicing, contacting vendors, obtaining permits, arranging travel, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience Experience with Microsoft Office
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be self?motivated, attentive and thorough (meticulous/conscientious)
Must be able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
Must be organized, able to multi?task and team?oriented
Must possess a valid drivers license
Must pass a drug test and background check
Education HS diploma or equivalent
