Administrative Assistant – Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. Overview Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (ELS) is a premier resort community organization committed to excellence and recognition. ELS invites an experienced Administrative Assistant to support property operations and enhance guest and resident satisfaction in Pacheco, California. Responsibilities Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain open communication with all property and regional staff. Collaborate with management to develop an integral team that reflects the company’s quality and professionalism. Process accounts payable within the automated accounting system. Assist with procurement card reconciliations. Organize and maintain files and office supplies. Research and implement company-sponsored activities. Attend training programs and seminars as required. Handle inquiries by telephone to support property staff. Run errands, including delivering communications to guests or residents. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience. 1+ year of office experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, and automated accounting systems. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
