St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System, New York, NY, US, 10261
Responsible for reporting and project management needs of the Revenue Cycle. Will acquire complete knowledge for specified reporting systems. Requires the ability to problem solve using analytical thinking. Gather and manage data to provide meaningful and accurate business decision tools to the Revenue Cycle administrators and leadership; this includes charts, tables, dashboards, and other graphics. Provides assistance for lean-projects, process implementations, quality tracking initiatives, and general support to leadership. Responsible for end of month reporting along with speaking to variances based on findings. Completes other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations.
Experience
3-5 Years Healthcare and/or Finance - Preferred
License & Certification
None Required

Outcome measures are based on sound theoretical data and appropriate benchmarks. Outcomes data is utilized in continuous performance improvement activities. Outcomes and performance data are communicated to staff and leadership in a professional manner.
Various performance reports are prepared and distributed on a monthly basis. Reports are created and/or modified as requested. Information is researched and explained if outside the scope of expected results.
Ensure availability of databases and programs necessary for conducting research, preparing analyses, and assists with project management to support specialty and hospital revenue cycle objectives and process improvements.
