Warehouse Quality Coordinator Hiring Immediately Location: Houston, Texas We are hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Quality Coordinator at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions’ manufacturing warehouse in Houston. About the Role As a Warehouse Quality Coordinator, you will apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for manufacturing products, serving as the primary Quality Assurance resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products Serve as the primary QA resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement Execute and analyze quality‑reporting measures Report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses Participate in quality audits Ensure product quality to meet customer, state, and federal guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years or more in manufacturing or fast‑paced warehouse environments Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases Proficiency in math and personal computer use Ability to follow documented procedures and standards Benefits Hourly Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday‑Friday 4:00 pm‑12:30 am On‑the‑Job Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 K benefits starting at 30 days Paid Time Off 401 K company match 15% Employee Discount on stock Employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel, and more Safety gear provided State‑of‑the‑art equipment and caring leadership Important Note Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
