We are hiring a Consultant in the U.S. to focus on IP and strategy matters related to hardware technologies. You’ll work with clients navigating high‑stakes disputes and strategic decisions, such as assessing whether a GPU used in an AI data‑centre application may infringe another company's chip design. These engagements require strong technical understanding and commercial insight. Who we’re looking for We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science , ideally with experience across hardware systems. This might include circuit design, semiconductor process technology, network architecture or systems engineering. Many of our matters focus on the lower levels of the technology stack, and your ability to speak fluently in that space will be essential. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field, ideally at postgraduate level (Master’s or Ph.D.) An MBA or equivalent commercial training Professional experience at a leading technology firm or in litigation consulting You might be coming from industry with deep technical knowledge, or from a consulting role with strong client delivery and leadership skills. In either case, we value intellectual curiosity, clear thinking and the ability to lead teams through ambiguity. US Salary Range: $140,000 - $198,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) contribution, and competitive benefits package.
