Base pay range $27.00/hr - $31.00/hr LHH is partnering with an organization in Arlington, VA to bring on a Contract Recruiter for a four-month engagement. This role will primarily be remote, with the flexibility to travel onsite as needed. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts and supporting hiring managers across the organization. Location: Remote (with occasional onsite travel to Arlington, VA) Pay Rate: $27–$31/hour (based on experience) Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within the applicant tracking system Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
