Wireless Vision is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a recruiter preferred (agency or corporate).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
