With a focus on experienced recruitment, the Recruiter will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to strengthen Flow Traders’ employment brand in the finance and technology space. What You Will Do Execute effective and creative recruitment strategies to swiftly fulfill current and future hiring targets Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative guidance on recruitment strategies Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen Flow Traders’ employment brand and candidate experience Retain up-to-date records in applicant tracking system, maintain talent pipeline, and provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics Assist in employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc Human Resources & Recruitment projects What You Need to Succeed 5+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the finance, trading or technology space Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Data driven and creative self-starter who likes to think outside the box Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail Possesses a strong sense of ownership, takes pride in work, and operates with a sense of urgency Ability to adapt and handle simultaneous moving parts effectively Ability and desire to identify challenges and suggest improvements Proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools: Office, Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse preferred Experience optimizing recruitment processes or using metrics to drive decisions, a plus Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $120,000 to $170,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
