Join the RVO Health Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help accelerate our mission to transform digital health. Location 1101 Red Ventures Dr, Fort Mill, SC 29707. The role is a hybrid position – in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday and Friday. What You’ll Do Manage full‑cycle recruiting for various full‑time positions across RVO Health. Partner with hiring teams to create job descriptions, source and attract candidates, and innovate recruiting strategies. Lead the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a high‑touch candidate experience. Build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and foster an inclusive hiring process. Advocate for RVOH’s brand externally, build relationships, and contribute to talent community initiatives. What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of recruiting or related experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and candidates. Adaptability in ambiguous situations, with a proactive mindset in fast‑paced environments. Strong organizational and detail orientation, with experience using candidate‑sourcing tools. Capacity to influence hiring teams and collaborate across functions. Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with location, qualifications, experience). Medical, dental, vision, life, disability & HSA coverage.
