The Role As Founding Recruiter, you will be the right hand to the CEO and CTO in building the team. In This Role, You Will Own the full cycle of attracting top‑tier talent to our team across functions Implement analytics to track and optimize performance across the hiring funnel Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build effective recruiting strategies Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds, building strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs Champion Garage’s mission and values in the talent market, positioning us as an employer of choice Continuously refine and enhance our recruitment processes, leveraging data‑driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness We’re Looking For Someone Who Loves the energy of a high‑growth environment where every day looks a little different You have good judgement, high integrity, and a bias towards action Qualifications 3+ years of experience recruiting at a startup, with a track record of progression and expanding scope Exceptional organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication skills Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, and proactively takes on tasks Why Garage?
