Job Title: Contract Recruiter Location: Oklahoma City, OK Industry: Manufacturing / Staffing Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring. This individual will focus primarily on sourcing and hiring production-floor talent such as machine operators, assemblers, and other hands‑on roles. Job Description: This role will support the full recruiting cycle for manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate brings prior recruiting experience, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to finding quality candidates. Key Responsibilities: Identify and attract applicants through various job boards, including Indeed and other sourcing platforms Conduct initial phone conversations to evaluate candidate fit Coordinate interview scheduling between applicants and hiring leaders Assist with initiating pre‑employment steps such as background checks Maintain job postings on career sites and online platforms Keep accurate notes and documentation within the applicant tracking system Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the hiring workflow Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial hiring is a plus Qualifications: Prior recruiting experience required (agency or corporate) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Additional Details: This is an on‑site role supporting an actively growing manufacturing operation. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple open requisitions at once.
