IT Recruiter Job at Archon Resources in Oklahoma City

Archon Resources is growing its OKC IT team and is looking to add a Recruiter to support an expanding pipeline of IT and technical roles. This person will work closely with the OKC Business Development Manager and focus on delivering qualified, well‑vetted candidates to active client needs across the Oklahoma market. This is a hands‑on recruiting role for someone who enjoys ownership, relationship‑building, and working real job orders, not just filling activity metrics. Responsibilities Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct hire roles Partner closely with the OKC BDM to understand client needs and hiring priorities Conduct thorough candidate interviews focused on skills, communication, and fit Prepare candidates for interviews and manage follow‑up throughout the process Maintain accurate notes and activity within the ATS Build and maintain a long‑term pipeline of local IT talent Provide honest, clear communication to candidates and internal team members Qualifications and Requirements Recruiting experience preferred, especially in IT or technical roles Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates Comfortable managing multiple active roles at once Organized, accountable, and responsive Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales Local market knowledge is a plus, but not required Why Archon Locally owned firm with a strong reputation in Oklahoma Real job orders and real client relationships Supportive leadership and clear growth opportunities Opportunity to grow with the OKC market heading into 2026 Competitive base salary plus commission Growth‑focused environment with long‑term potential Interested?
