About The Role OpenLoop is looking for a ClinicalRecruiter to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines,IA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our growing cliniciannetwork across all 50 states by identifying, recruiting, and hiring top-tierphysicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinicaltalent. What You’llDo: Recruitment of strong clinical staff, for OpenLoop,while continuously building and growing a strong pipeline. Source and interviewclinicians in alignment with clients' requirements (ie. culture-fit, clinicalfamiliarity, specialties, tele-health competency, etc.). Work directly withclients to understand their staffing needs and deliver accordingly. Attract candidatesusing various sources such as social media, internal referrals, technologydatabases, etc. Successfully meet established metrics for recruiting and deliveringresults. Demonstrate enthusiasm for communicating our company’s vision andmission. Build and maintain relationships with candidates after placement toensure we are providing maximum value and efficiency. Act as a liaison betweenOpenLoop clinicians and our internal client representatives. Coordinate internallyacross multiple verticals for timely clinician onboarding and anticipatingfuture hiring needs. Other duties as assigned. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred / will acceptequivalent experinece in lieu of degree 2-5 years of experience in a full cyclestaffing recruiting / experience in a prospecting sales role is a bigplus! Proven success in recruiting for high-volume positions, to includesourcing and/or making high volume cold calls. Experience with clinical recruitment isrequired (i.e. Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses,Medical Assistants) Experience handling HR compliance interview questionsto assess skill and abilities Strong communicator who can build rapportquickly. Team player mentality Highly organized, with proven ability to shift asneeded, and manage tight deadlines Experience with an ATS or CRMsystem. #J-18808-Ljbffr
