The Senior Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading full‑cycle recruiting efforts for both internal and external talent. This role partners closely with company leadership to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure timely placement of high‑quality candidates. The position also provides guidance and direction to recruiting teams while continuously improving talent acquisition processes and strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation for a wide range of roles, including executive‑level positions. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and recommend the most qualified candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Direct and support recruiters, senior recruiters, and lead recruiters in executing talent acquisition initiatives. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles, ensuring diverse candidate pipelines. Extend employment offers and coordinate relocation support when required. Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to improve recruiting effectiveness and outcomes. Stay current on wage trends, compensation practices, benefits, and HR policies. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations. Contribute to enterprise‑wide talent acquisition strategies, policies, and best practices. Lead or volunteer as a project owner for talent acquisition–related initiatives and process improvements. Support recruiting campaigns, employer branding, and marketing efforts to strengthen talent pipelines. Collaborate with vendors and negotiate agreements as needed. Travel as required, including overnight stays. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, corporate HR, or talent acquisition. Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and candidate database development. Proven experience leading or directing recruiters in support of talent acquisition initiatives. Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Lotus Notes. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience with Workday ATS. Corporate recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare insurance or regulated industries. SPHR or similar HR certification. Project management experience with a track record of driving process improvements. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing approaches that deliver diverse candidate slates. Experience building strong relationships and applying business insight to recruiting strategies. Experience designing and administering enterprise‑level talent acquisition practices across multiple divisions. Demonstrated negotiation skills, including vendor management and contract negotiations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
