Job Title: Entry-Level Staffing Recruiter Compensation: base pay + uncapped commission (first year estimate is approx . $45-55,000 with ample growth opportunity) Hours: Mon-Fri; Full Time Recruiters start as Sourcers and work very closely with the recruiting team as they learn and develop their skills to screen and qualify candidates. Sourcers can earn a promotion to Recruiter in as little as 2-3 months after starting! Primary responsibilities include: Developing an understanding of the skill sets in the telecommunications and IT field Searching for potential candidates that meet certain skill criteria Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, text, etc. Identifying candidates strengths and interests Matching candidates with the clients and jobs that best fit with their goals and skills Why work for Verigent?
