My client has an outstanding reputation recruiting within the Financial Services space, with a cemented client base client base spanning Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Private Equity, Insurance/Pension Funds, Investment Banks, and corporate/retail clients. The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one , with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too. Across all Financial Services disciplines (front, middle & back office) − Strong base salary, hybrid working (NYC), and very high commissions - you'll be sat in the hottest recruiting seat in New York. Highlights: ✓ True base salary from $75,000 to $120,000 ✓ Perm commissions starting at 50% and increasing to 60% ($40,000-$80,000 fees) ✓ Contract/Temp commissions high (minimum 10-15% on margins) ✓ Hybrid & flexible working - 3 days WFH (NYC office) ✓ Specialized in all Accounting and Finance roles ✓ Avg. billers in the business - $600,000 - $800,000 (take home $250k+) ✓ No requirement for business development (deliver from day one) With the option to work from home, top salaries, and a strong client network, consultants here regularly achieve billings from $600,000-$800,000, taking home 50% of their billings.
