We're assisting a Series A startup in the construction tech space with their search for a full-cycle recruiter. This will be the second recruiter/TA employee on the team and will work a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office) in their NYC office.
What you'll do: Run full recruiting cycles - source, screen, close
Build deep pipelines via sourcing, especially for specialized roles
Partner with hiring managers on strategy and execution
Create an exceptional candidate experience
Collaborate to improve the current recruiting operations
What you'll bring: History of scaling teams at fast-growing startups
Experience recruiting for specialized roles where there may not be an existing playbook
Get energized finding exceptional talent and building strong pipelines
Knack for creative problem-solving and a bias for action
Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
