Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Design Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruiting for our product design and creative teams.
Location
Team members must be within commuting distance of one of our hubs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, or Seattle.
Responsibilities
Lead hiring for our design teams, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
Source strong design talent, experimenting and partnering with hiring managers to reach top candidates beyond LinkedIn.
Act as a full‑cycle recruiter from sourcing, screening, managing candidates through interviews to closing.
Manage multiple pipelines concurrently, filling 5–10+ open roles across varying seniority.
Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics, tightening descriptions and guiding the process.
Iterate on candidate feedback to smooth rough edges in the recruiting process.
Mentor peers, share best practices, and help build a culture of continuous improvement.
Build scalable recruiting workflows that can grow with the company.
Emphasize diversity by pursuing proven traditional and creative methods to broaden perspectives.
Qualifications
7+ years of product design and/or creative recruiting experience with a deep network.
Track record of filling design and creative roles across leadership and multiple levels.
Full‑stack recruiter, managing the entire candidate process end‑to‑end.
Strong sourcer, building relationships with passive talent.
Comfortable moving fast, managing multiple roles, accountable for work.
Excellent candidate experience, prioritizing human interaction.
Highly organized, balancing multiple competing priorities.
Data‑focused, measuring pipeline health and hiring manager expectations.
Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices.

Compensation
Base pay range: $150 000 / yr – $195 000 / yr.
