Genesis10 is seeking a Recruiter (mid-level). This is a remote 7-month contract position with a client located in Columbus, OH. W2 rate: $30/hour Job Description Looking for a mid-level recruiter to join the Human Resources - Talent Acquisition department for a 7-month contract, with the chance of going full-time in the future. This person will be taking control of active high-volume recruitment for a leading financial institution. Requirements 2-5 years of recruiting would be ideal Workday exp (huge plus), if they have exp with multiple systems outside of Workday, that could be considered but couldn't just be one other system Touching several different industries or different departments within a company would be super helpful Banking exp is a plus Able to work in Fast‑paced recruiting environments, will be taking over current active requirements Exp working on lower-level high volume roles Operations roles Backend Processing roles Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
