About the Role We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on HR Manager who thrives in evolving environments and is comfortable building structure. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who can roll up their sleeves, identify process improvements, and implement practical solutions—all while maintaining positive employee relations across the organization.
Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus.
Full‑time in office role.
Responsibilities Support a local business operation that currently functions in a very traditional, manual environment, integrating with a corporate HRIS, transitioning payroll, and ensuring data accuracy, system alignment, and change adoption.
Lead monthly benefit audits, assist with open enrollment, coordinate system audits as necessary.
Manage hiring/onboarding, terminations, employee relations, and overall data integrity.
Supervise two direct reports and partner with General Managers across multiple entities, the Finance team, and other internal stakeholders.
Qualifications Mid‑Senior level HR experience.
Proactive, self‑starter with strong coordination and partnership skills.
Experience in implementing process improvements and practical solutions.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability is a significant plus .
