BrightStar Care is seeking skilled Infusion Nurses / Registered Nurses (RNs) with open availability to serve clients in the Bluffton and Savannah areas. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care Perform infusions, assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education Collaborate with physicians, care teams, families, and other healthcare professionals to implement patient-specific treatment plans Assess, monitor, and document patient progress using clinical notes and preferred digital tools, meeting required timelines Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols Qualifications Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred) Current CPR/BLS certification Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Why Join BrightStar Care?
