We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to play a key role in supporting our financial operations and advancing our mission. In this role you’ll manage accounts payable and receivable, ACH disbursements, expense reporting, deposits, reconciliations and assist with budgets, audits, and financial reporting . Your expertise will help ensure accuracy and transparency in our financial processes. If you have experience in accounting and are passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you! This position reports directly to the Senior Financial Coordinator . Qualifications Non-Profit Accounting Experience preferred but not required Minimum 2 years in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and budgeting. Nonprofit and fund accounting experience strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and organized.
