Accounting Support Specialist (Seasonal) Join a dynamic team providing essential support during peak campaign periods. This role ensures accurate financial processing and smooth operations.
What You’ll Do Process and monitor credit card payments and schedules.
Enter cash transactions and maintain daily logs.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies; issue refunds when needed.
Assist with batch filing, scanning, and system balancing.
Support cross‑training and other operational tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience in accounting or non‑profit settings preferred.
