Responsibilities
The Office Assistant (Typing) performs general clerical support functions in support of the Adult and Senior Care Program Regional Offices: provides efficient & timely license processing services; types general correspondence & other types of materials; maintains facility & licensing files; processes mail; answers telephone & routine inquiries; supplies general information about licensing requirements; operates various types of office equipment; and other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum typing speed as specified by Class Specifications – a valid typing certificate confirming the ability to meet the minimum speed is required prior to hiring.
Background investigation required prior to hire.
