The Opportunity We are seeking a positive, energetic and results-driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this mid-level role, you will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier financial advisors and professionals who align with our values and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Proactively source, attract, and build a robust pipeline of high-caliber financial advisor candidates for current and future openings Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential Evaluate and qualify/reject candidates based on resume reviews, interview performance, and reference checks Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, with the expectation of delivering an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity goals (calls, emails, interviews, hires) Create engaging recruitment marketing content and campaigns to elevate our employer brand Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external centers of influence Provide regular analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to leadership Stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, sourcing tools and recruitment marketing platforms effectively Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or wealth management industry Proven track record recruiting financial advisors, wealth managers, or insurance professionals Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring quotas and KPIs Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills High energy, resilience, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Work in our Scottsdale location Travel as needed Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience implementing diversity sourcing strategies Compensation & Benefits $50,000 – $60,000 base salary per year (DOE) + performance‑based bonuses.
