Recruiting Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GA 30363, USA Position type: Full Time Summary This position provides essential administrative and operational support to the firm’s early talent initiatives. This role helps ensure a seamless experience for candidates, schools, and internal stakeholders by coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting events and communication efforts. The position is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and excited to help build strong talent pipelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1–2 years of administrative, HR, coordination, or professional services experience (internships included). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or CRM systems is a plus. Hybrid out of our Atlantic Station office (2–3 times per week).
