A leading company in the Cyber Security Solutions field is undergoing a significant global transformation and is seeking a world-class VP of Global Recruiting to lead its worldwide Talent Acquisition organization.
This executive will shape the global hiring strategy, build modern systems and processes, lead transformation across multiple regions, and partner directly with the CEO and full Executive Leadership Team.
This is a rare opportunity to define what excellence looks like across a global TA engine.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and scale a global TA organization of 35–40 people, including four regional team leads.
Own global hiring strategy across key markets: US, India, Israel, APAC, and Europe.
Partner directly with the CEO and CPO on company-wide people strategy.
Drive global Talent Transformation - systems, tools, AI adoption, process redesign, analytics, and operational excellence.
Oversee C-level and VP-level executive hiring globally.
Build a unified global recruitment brand, employer value proposition, and market-specific strategies.
Establish data-driven TA operations including dashboards, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
Manage relationships with external partners, search firms, and agencies.
Champion Talent Mobility: internal moves, pipelines, development opportunities.
Own global headcount planning processes together with Finance and HR Business Partners.
Lead global change-management initiatives across diverse regions.
Requirements
12+ years of TA leadership experience in global, matrixed tech organizations.
Proven success overseeing large-scale TA operations across multiple regions.
Deep knowledge of the US GTM talent market and/or India R&D market - required.
Executive-level hiring experience (C-suite, SVP, VP).
Experience leading transformation, including systems implementation and AI-driven modernization.
Strong brand-building mindset; experience owning employer branding and global recruitment marketing.
Strategic operator with excellent analytical and operational capabilities.
Prior cybersecurity experience or strong network in the cyber/security ecosystem is a significant advantage.
Based in New York/Israel.
Comfortable being a “first-of-its-kind” leader in a newly defined global TA function.
Compensation
Up to ~$300K base, depending on location and experience.
