SNI Companies has partnered with a reputable investment firm that is seeking to hire an experienced HR & Recruiting Assistant to support the HR functions across the Fort Worth team.
This position will be responsible for performing technical and administrative duties related to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee departures. The HR Coordinator will partner with the members of the HR team on various responsibilities of the firm’s HR function that include coordinating multiple concurrent activities and interacting with individuals at all levels across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, maintaining clear and professional communication, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels across multiple time zones; manage calendars to ensure the interview process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and phone interviews, ensuring that all participants have the necessary details (e.g., time, location, Zoom links); coordinate logistics for candidate case studies as needed.
Communicate interview details to candidates and provide them with any necessary preparation materials.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively address potential issues to minimize delays.
Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and compliance with firm procedures.
Coordinate communications and onboarding logistics with prospective new hires, including, but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Administer pre‑hire process including coordinating and monitoring multi‑step background check process.
Set up new employees in firm’s HRIS, performance management, and training platforms.
Qualifications:
College degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative, HR, or scheduling role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and calendar management tools.
Possess a high degree of diplomacy, ethical behavior, professionalism, integrity and character, with an ability to interact with team members at various levels in the firm.
