What You’ll Do Source, engage, and build relationships with top talent in the engineering and construction sectors Develop and grow a strong network within your assigned candidate and client market Learn to identify hiring needs and talent gaps through conversations with candidates and internal stakeholders Understand candidates’ motivators, career priorities, and long‑term goals and translate those insights into market opportunities Assess skills and fit, and help candidates position themselves effectively for client needs Coach candidates on interviews, resumes, and compensation strategy Support offer negotiation and help manage expectations on both the candidate and client side Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new clients, projects, and hiring opportunities Partner with leadership to market top talent and introduce candidates to hiring managers Assist with account growth and relationship development by supporting ongoing client needs Build relationships with universities, technical programs, and early‑career pipelines Become an expert on hiring trends, wages, and the industries we serve, using market knowledge to support both recruiting and client strategy What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome) Strong communication skills and genuine interest in working with people Competitive and goal‑oriented mindset Coachable, curious, and motivated by growth Sales, customer service, or campus leadership experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Healthcare, 401(k), and other benefits Structured training, hands‑on coaching, and a clear career path Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at AstraWorks by 2x Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Staffing and Recruiting, Construction, and Electric Power Transmission, Control, and Distribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
