Overview We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Associate at our Cincinnati, OH - Plant facility. Responsibilities Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications. Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company. Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook. Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge. Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed. A solid understanding of production and organizational methods. Fine-tuned communication skills. Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Entry-level position. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills. Technical Learning. Learning on the Fly. Time Management. Action Oriented.
