What We Offer $24-27/hr based on experience Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or weekends Full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and life/disability coverage Continuing education, mentorship, and professional development Modern offices equipped with digital charting, advanced imaging, and surgical technology Your Role Assist periodontists chairside during surgical and non-surgical procedures Take and process digital x-rays, maintain sterilization protocols, and prepare operatories Support implant and grafting cases while ensuring efficient clinical flow Educate patients on treatment steps and post‑op care with empathy and clarity What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Dental Assisting certification or relevant experience (preferred) Radiology certification (required or willing to obtain) 1+ year of dental assisting experience - periodontic or surgical a plus Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Locations: Western Mass Periodontics – Great Barrington, MA Apply Today!
