Mobile Wellness Solutions is looking for a Part-time Mobile Phlebotomist. Job Details The phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history. The phlebotomist will travel to the patient's location for appointments. Paid per appointment/event; this is not an hourly or salary-paid position. Bi-Weekly Pay. Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment. Responsibilities Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required. Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs. Gather mandatory information from patients and verify identities. Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history. Accurately label all samples. Maintain accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect test result accuracy. Minimum Requirements Proven experienced phlebotomist. Valid driver's license. Valid auto insurance. Excellent customer service & communication skills. Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law. Detail-oriented/sound organizational skills. Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship. Reliable transportation is a must. Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer/scanner to print, scan and upload completed documents.
