Colorado Springs, CO • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotational Saturdays.
Pay: $20.86 – $24.00 / hour. Salary offers consider skill, training, experience and certifications; successful candidates may qualify for annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams, etc.).
Administer oral solutions per training.
Verify written and electronic orders using lab technology, client contact, and approved tools.
Maintain accurate computer data entry; required for success.
Enter billing information, obtain identification, and collect payments when required per corporate policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as required.
Perform non‑patient facing duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and using email.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs (e.g., maintenance logs, temperature logs) in a timely manner.
Complete online and in‑person training courses on time.
Qualifications
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry proficiency.
Flexible and available for staffing needs (weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime).
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record (where applicable).
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
The position requires effective communication in English.
