They operate process-related equipment and plant process control systems safely and responsibly. This role offers growth opportunities within FritoLay and its parent, PepsiCo. Responsibilities Monitoring process equipment and conditions using process control and information systems (process levels, temperatures, pressures, flow rates) Collecting and reporting plant measurements related to performance, asset utilization, quality, and cost yields Performing analytical checks, adjusting control systems, and manually operating equipment based on process and lab data Determining root causes of deviations in process, product or equipment performance through troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis Performing process equipment troubleshooting, routine repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance We operate 24 hours a day, so typical schedules may vary. The work is physical; you will be on your feet for most of your shift and exposed to loud equipment.
