Degreed Tester - Power Systems Division Miller Electric Mfg. LLC invites applications for the Degreed Tester position. The role is responsible for performing final tests on all PSD products, troubleshooting, training others, and ensuring on-time delivery. Essential Functions Follow written procedures to conduct high voltage and final tests for all products. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, order needed materials or parts. Apply ITW operating principles in the manufacturing area. Train and mentor team members. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in Electromechanical, Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or related field. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of engine drive products, ability to read circuit and wiring diagrams, basic electrical knowledge, and mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills, ability to interpret schematics, BOMs, and layout drawings. Positive attitude, self‑starter, team player, leadership skills, quality conscious. Knowledge of welding processes and small engines is a plus. Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime up to 12 hrs/day and weekends. Cross‑training in all manufacturing areas required. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, push, or pull 10‑25 lb and occasionally 25‑45 lb. Use both hands to assemble, wire, carry bins, tools and components. Constant standing and hand manipulation. Occasional reaching, walking, and neck flexion. Stand for up to 12 hours per day.
