Willow Avenue, Suite 102, Fresno, CA 93725. Shift schedules: Sunday - Friday 6AM - 9AM; Monday - Saturday 6AM - 9AM. Days/hours are subject to change depending on business needs. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate starting at $16.50/hr Paid weekly Part‑time schedules available (see shift info) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Referral bonus program – up to $500 per referral Responsibilities Be safe – safety is our first core value Unload trailers and sort packages by zip code Load trucks for deliveries Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done Skills and Qualifications Ability to remain on feet while working – active job Dependable, flexible and reliable Regularly lift, push, pull 25–35 lbs; occasionally carry up to 50 lbs or push/pull up to 150 lbs using pallet jack or gaylords Ability to work in heat and cold; temperatures vary seasonally Gloves and work boots recommended EEO Statement OnTrac is an equal opportunity employer.
