Warehouse Worker / Package Handler Location: Santa Maria, CA – 914 W Boone St., Santa Maria, CA 93458. Shift(s) Days/Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. Monday – Saturday, 4:30 AM – 9:30 AM Tuesday – Saturday, 4:30 AM – 9:30 AM Wednesday – Sunday, 4:30 AM – 9:30 AM Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate starting at $16.50 per hour Paid weekly Health benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) with employer match Referral bonus program – up to $500 per referral Responsibilities Prioritize safety – safety is our core value. Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code. Load trucks for deliveries. Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks efficiently. Skills & Qualifications Ability to stand and work continuously; active, energetic work. Dependable, flexible, reliable and able to adapt to changing needs. Regular lifting, pushing and pulling of 25–35 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs using a pallet jack or gaylords.
