Popeyes Five Points Plaza Shift Manager | Now Hiring Join the Popeyes family in Alabama as a Shift Manager. You will deliver the best experience to guests while helping the team thrive. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments. Prepares and packages food and drink products. Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom and exterior. Maintains health and safety standards in work areas. Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items. Checks food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve. Strives for maximum efficiency to meet accuracy and speed of service standards. Completes and accurately fills orders within the mandated service time. Collects customer payment for food order(s). Must be able to receive money and accurately count back change. Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed. Ensures prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts. ServSafe certified is a plus. Qualifications And Skills Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers. Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations. Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 15 pounds of force frequently. Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds. Consistently handle product preparation.
