As a Data Analyst, y ou’ll transform raw data into actionable insights, working cross-functionally to guide strategy, optimize performance, and drive business growth. This role will work on-site in Wichita, KS with hybrid scheduling. A successful candidate will have: Confident and articulate communications skills Initiative and strong work ethic Ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines Problem resolution, critical and analytical thinking skills Strong attention to detail The ability to work independently An understanding of database design, techniques for data mining and data models Adept at querying and transforming data The ability to translate business requirements into data needs The ability to treat highly confidential information with utmost urgency An understanding of and commitment to our values Essential functions of the role: Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, cleanse, integrate, and model data from diverse sources, ensuring quality and scalability Analysis & Problem Solving: Proactively mine data, run statistical tests or regressions, identify trends, outliers, and problem areas that impact KPIs Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and generate regular reports with clear, compelling visualizations Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leads and cross-functional teams to understand data needs, define metrics, translate insights into strategic recommendation Analytics storytelling: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations tailored for non-technical stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or business degree, or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements Experience with a BI visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is required Experience with Python or PySpark is preferred Familiarity with Azure cloud environment is preferred Familiarity with Databricks is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences In addition to a competitive salary and benefits, Emprise offers professional growth, a rewarding and challenging environment, opportunities to be involved in our communities, and a culture of integrity, passion, and success.
