We’re building something new—and we’re looking for a builder to help shape it.
Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is creating its first generation of digital and AI capability, and this role sits at the center of that journey. As a Solutions Architect – AI & Automation, you’ll design and deliver practical AI solutions that reduce manual work, streamline operations, and make life easier for our frontline and corporate teams.
This is not a research role.
This is not about standalone models or theory.
This is about turning ideas into tools people actually use.

What You’ll Do
Design and build AI‑powered workflows using Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and automation tools
Turn concepts into scalable, user‑friendly solutions adopted across the enterprise
Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, People & Culture, and IT
Spend time in the field with drivers, merchandisers, warehouse, and sales teams to ground solutions in real work
Create prototypes, pilots, and production‑ready tools with security and governance built in
Help shape and execute our first 12‑month AI roadmap
Establish reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices for long‑term scaling
How Success Is Measured
AI solutions that teams actually use
Clear reductions in manual effort, cycle time, or operational friction
Reusable frameworks that accelerate future AI initiatives
Job Requirements
Who Thrives Here
3–7 years designing and delivering AI, automation, or low‑code solutions
Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot
Comfortable translating business needs into intuitive tools
Curious, consultative, and biased toward action
Confident operating when requirements are evolving and clarity must be created
Equally effective with frontline employees and senior leaders
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent experience
Microsoft, Power Platform, or AI certifications a plus but not required
Technical Skills
Strong ServiceNow and Power Platform development capabilities
Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and intuitive business tools
Professional Skills
Excellent communicator who simplifies complex concepts for frontline teams and executives
Strong problem solver who identifies operational pain points and builds practical solutions
Comfortable operating in an early‑stage, fast‑paced, and evolving digital environment
Consultative, curious, empathetic, and focused on delivering business value
Highly organized with strong project management and independent execution skills
Quickly understands business operations, priorities, and value creation with minimal onboarding
Operates effectively amid ambiguity, bringing clarity and structure to evolving requirements
