What does a Distribution Manager do at Swire Coca‑Cola?
This position is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Distribution function, including expense management, delivery efficiencies and market execution.
Responsibilities:
Key role in supporting the start‑up and operations of a new location.
Develop strategic distribution and customer execution plans to deliver against budgeted volume, profit and expenses.
Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
Play a leadership role in building relationships with internal and external associates.
Staff, lead, mentor, motivate, and hold the team accountable to achieve goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required or
High School Diploma (or GED) with additional experience if required
CDL preferred and in some locations required within 60 days of employment
2‑4 years CDL required in some locations within 60 days of employment
4‑6 years industry‑relevant experience required
2‑4 years leadership/supervisory experience required
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with DOT regulations.
Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with other departments and functions.
Able to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
