HHA Field Recruiter role: motivate, build relationships, and connect caregivers with meaningful work. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and onboard Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout the community. Develop partnerships with local schools, training programs, and community organizations. Attend job fairs, open houses, and community events to attract new talent. Guide candidates through the hiring and compliance process. Collaborate with the office team to meet weekly recruitment goals. Qualifications Experience in healthcare recruitment, sales, staffing, or community outreach preferred. Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
