CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Through recruitment, student clinic coordination, and cross-department collaboration, our team fosters growth, strengthens talent pipelines, and ensures every placement reflects CMH’s commitment to care. We also serve our organization's people by providing responsive support, fostering engagement, and helping individuals thrive in their roles. A typical day includes Create a pipeline of candidates through sourcing, attending campus events, and job fairs Communicating with applicants throughout the hiring process Collaborating with organizational managers to determine needs, fill open positions, and determine start dates.
