About the Opportunity
One of Michigan’s rapidly growing Keller Williams Realty Rivertown locations is seeking a Director of Sales to help propel our organization into its next level of achievement. This full-time leadership role is designed for someone who thrives on mentoring agents, elevating performance, and building a high‑impact, growth‑driven sales environment. Experience with KW systems and models is helpful but not required. Relocation to the Michigan market is expected, and support is available for the right candidate.

Compensation
Expected First Year Earnings: $75,000

Talent Growth & Recruiting
Attract and onboard new agents consistently through scheduled outreach and conversations
Present the Market Center’s value, culture, and growth opportunities to potential recruits and current agents
Support integration and success of newly joined agents
Agent Development & Training
Coordinate and deliver training for both new and seasoned agents focused on production, skill‑building, and business growth
Lead impactful team huddles, workshops, and productivity‑focused meetings
Review agent performance and provide coaching plans for continued improvement
Leadership & Operational Excellence
Guide staff toward high standards of professionalism and efficiency
Maintain awareness of local competitors and design strategies to strengthen market presence
Conduct regular check‑ins with agents and staff to review progress and ensure alignment with goals
Sales Culture & Accountability
Build momentum through consistent communication, motivation, and performance tracking
Encourage accountability through goal‑setting, one‑on‑one coaching, and written action plans
Partner with leadership to monitor targets related to production, recruiting, retention, and profitability
Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate daily with staff on priorities, timelines, and ongoing projects
Meet with agents frequently to support their goals, skill development, and overall career trajectory
Work alongside the Operating Principal and MCA on key metrics, growth benchmarks, and business strategies
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Proven ability to recruit, attract, and influence talent
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team‑building capability
Skilled in goal‑setting, strategic planning, and maintaining accountability
Creative problem‑solver with a proactive, upbeat attitude
Strong track record in driving sales growth or leading high‑performing teams
Real estate experience (especially residential) is highly preferred
Comfortable with technology, CRM platforms, and basic MLS functions
Documented success in previous roles, with measurable performance results
