Job Summary As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our technical teams by managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You won’t just fill positions; you’ll help us attract and connect with the brightest minds in technology. In this role, you’ll build strong pipelines for critical positions like engineers and data scientists by leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and professional networks. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, source top talent, conduct interviews, and ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless, positive experience throughout the hiring journey. In addition to recruitment duties, this role will provide backup support for core HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand technical role requirements and team needs. Source and attract top technical talent through job boards, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process. Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle. Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for selected candidates. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn. Utilize Boolean searches and advanced sourcing tools to find qualified candidates. Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and maintain strong relationships throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future technical roles. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent markets. Act as backup during absences within the HR department. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field. 3+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting (engineers, data scientists, AI). Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast‑paced technical environment. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies). Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in HR and recruitment matters. Familiarity with HR processes and labor laws.
